RUSS – PRINCIPAL
Russ has worked in the construction and real estate industry his entire career. He has over $75 million in management of construction and restoration projects throughout his career. As a former property manager and real estate agent, he understands the challenges of those positions firsthand. This broad background coupled with extensive experience in construction and project management positions him well as the leader of our team. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in Management. He believes in continual improvement and training through hands on leadership.
JESSE – VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry has perfected Jesse’s skills in working well with our clients. We consistently receive positive feedback from our clients regarding Jesse and his ability to communicate well and serve their needs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Minors in Property Management & Business.
JEFF – VICE PRESIDENT OF DISASTER RESTORATION
Jeff is our in-house expert in insurance and the insurance claims process. He has over 25 years of experience as an insurance adjuster. His extensive background in hail and wind damage is a huge benefit to our clients. Jeff is also an expert in Xactimate, the insurance industry’s software in disaster restoration.
BLAKE – VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATION
If you read have read our project blogs in the past, you’re familiar with the detail and expert writing skills Blake brings to our company. In addition to writing, Blake frequently works with our entire team on ways to continually improve our communication. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
JOHNNY – VICE PRESIDENT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A 30-year veteran in the industry, Johnny takes measurements and orders materials for our jobs. He also creates the pre-construction implementation schedule to help keep everything on track with our workflow. He frequently works with our vice President of Disaster Restoration to complete work scopes for disaster restoration claims.
MICHAEL – DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For many, Michael is the face of our company. As our crew supervisor, he is the person you’ll see onsite the most. He also conducts final walk through inspections and handles any warranty issues.
JACKIE – DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
As our number one number cruncher, Jackie makes sure our bookkeeping is in order. A Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her attention to detail are great assets as she handles the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables for the company.
KAREN – OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The excellent organization and communication you experience when working with us is due in large part to Karen. She keeps the office running in top notch condition! She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master’s Degree in Management.
